Delivery

Huggingoat's jewelry line is made-to-order.
Collaboration bags are shipped on the same day or within 1 day of order.

Shipping fee: 3,500 KRW nationwide (free shipping for purchases over 100,000 KRW)
Delivery period: 3 to 7 days / Production time after order payment varies depending on the product design, and takes 1 to 4 business days. Shipping separately takes 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery tracking: Available via CJ Logistics. Tracking is possible after the waybill is registered. For inquiries regarding damaged or lost parcels, please contact the courier company directly.

Exchange / Return

Exchanges and returns are possible within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact our customer service center first.

Cases where exchange/return is possible:
If the product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.
If the product is unopened and the reason is a simple change of mind (shipping costs are borne by the customer).

Cases where exchange/return is not possible:
If there are signs of wear or use.
If the tag has been removed or packaging is damaged.
For custom-made products.

Notice

The following are not considered defects and therefore do not qualify for exchange/return.

Products made from irregular materials such as pearls, natural stones, and handmade resin may not have uniform shapes and sizes. Flat or bumpy surfaces are characteristics of the materials.
Due to the nature of handmade products, there may be a margin of error of ±1-2cm.
Due to the nature of custom-made handmade products, there may be subtle scratches, small dots, rough surfaces, or tiny gaps between the frame and resin balls.
Vintage upcycled products may have scratches or signs of use.

Package

When you purchase jewelry products, they will be safely delivered in our custom-made suede pouch and box.
This protects them from scratches during transit or storage.
Case designs may vary from the image depending on the season.
